Acceptable and good value compared to to other properties in the area.
Relative to other properties around, this property provides good value. It is not a 5 star on any reasonable standards. The rooms are comfortable. The swimming pool area is nice. It has access to the beach.
Quality of breakfast is lacking. Service is not great. The front desk people should attempt to smile sometimes. They are not too friendly.

The staff responses specially the room service was extremely slow. Overall the cleaning team was very good and responded well. Also very less amenities in the bathroom like no bathrobe, no zoom mirror etc

Very good stay but hotel could be excellent!
* Great breakfast * Amazing pool and pool bar * evening restaurant is excellent * Spa treatments are amazing special thanks to Najla and Vanessa! * Comfy beds In general a good hotel with good value for money!
* We booked a suite and the bathub was quite old and not finished properly. * Impossible to call room service nobody ever picked up. * Beach is private yes but to be shared with people who come from the outside and it's very crowded * Steps in the ladders of the pool. Some are missing which is dangerous for people who have had ankle injuries. This should b fixed.
